Talks Fail to Resolve Issues for Corrections - Arbitration Begins Feb 4

Members of the Corrections sub-component Bargaining Committee resumed talks with government late last week with an eye toward resolving some of the nine outstanding issues slated to go to arbitration (you can review the nine issues in the latest Corrections Update).

Unfortunately, the two sides could not reach consensus on any of the issues, meaning arbitration will proceed as scheduled beginning on February 4th. We will update members as often as possible as arbitration proceeds over the next few months.
