Standing Committees 2008-2010

The MGEU’s Standing Committees are made up of MGEU staff and members elected to a two-year term by each of the union’s area councils. Each standing committee reports directly to the Board of Directors between conventions and must hold at least four meetings per year. Their job is to investigate, inform members and, in some cases, deal with union issues arising in their respective area of expertise.
