ANCR Survey Results Released

In the summer of 2009, the MGEU commissioned a telephone survey of members working for the All Nations Coordinated Response Network (ANCR). The research examined the overall job satisfaction of ANCR workers and sought their insights into the strengths of the organization and areas needing improvement.
Questions explored workers' perceptions of various working relationships and responsibilities, as well as how to bring positive changes to the workplace.
The results of the survey were presented to ANCR members this October. The Local Executive has now decided to release the results of the phone survey online:
