The employer tabled another 'final offer' at conciliation today. This latest "final offer" still leaves more than one-third of members behind with a wage increase of just 9%.
This offer, combined with employer pressure to call a vote, is yet another attempt to divide us.
Throughout this strike, our union has stuck together to stand up for all members.
Our Bargaining Committee will not let this employer dictate our strategy and tactics. We will bring an offer to members for a vote when the employer tables one that provides fair wage increases for ALL members.
