LATEST BARGAINING NEWS
After exchanging proposals on March 21, 2024, the Bargaining Committee and the employer continued negotiations re: monetary and non-monetary items, as well as the Essential Services Agreement, on April 12, 2024.
Negotiations are scheduled to continue on May 7, May 28 and May 29, 2024.
Overview of Bargaining So Far
Members of ANCR - Local 365 had an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement on May 2, 2023.
The Bargaining Committee then worked to pull together these proposals into a bargaining package to present to the employer.
