This year’s discussions are designed to provide Presidents, Chief Stewards and Vice-presidents with an opportunity to:
• Network within their own MGEU Area
• Set goals for outreach to Rand Employees and orientating new members
• Develop strategies for strengthening Local Leadership teams including maximizing education and mentoring opportunities
