The Kinosao Sipi Minisowin Agency Inc. (KSMA) - Local 448 Bargaining Committee resumed negotiations with the employer on February 7, 8 and 9, 2022. Stay tuned for when further bargaining dares are scheduled.

Overview of Bargaining So Far

Members of Kinosao Sipi Minisowin Agency Inc. (KSMA) - Local 448 had the opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for creating their first collective agreement with their employer on Tuesday, October 30, 2019. The Bargaining Committee then worked to pull together these proposals into a package, which they presented to the employer. 

After a number of unexpected delays, including the pandemic, the Kinosao Sipi Minisowin Agency Inc. (KSMA) - Local 448 Bargaining Committee began negotiations with the employer on January 6 and 7, and continued on February 2, 3, 9 and 10, and March 4, 5, 10,11, 25, and 26, 2021. 

The KSMA - Local 448 Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the employer on April 12 and 15; June 7, 8 and 18; and August 16 and 20, 2021. 

The Bargaining  Committee resumed negotiations with the employer on November 2 and November 15, 2021.  

Due to illness, the meetings between the KSMA - Local 448 Bargaining  Committee and the employer scheduled for December 21 and 22, 2021 were postponed.
