Members of Winnipeg Clinic - Local 363 ratified a new four-year agreement today.
Highlights include wage increases in each year of the agreement, increases to the uniform allowance, and new contract language around flexible hours of work and compassionate care leave.
The Bargaining Committee encourages members who have not yet signed a membership application form to contact the MGEU Resource Centre to ensure they receive a copy of the collective agreement once it’s printed.
