Members of Sandy Bay Ojibway First Nation - Local 354
ratified a new collective agreement last night.
The contract includes a wage increase - retroactive to November 2021, language improvements on inclement weather and term positions, and a classification and increment review to ensure members are paid correctly.
The Bargaining Committee wishes to thank members past and present for their hard work, and encourages all members who have not yet signed a membership application form to contact the MGEU Resource Centre to ensure they receive a copy of the collective agreement once it’s printed.
