The Manitoba Progressive Conservatives would waive MPI deductible charges if a thief steals or attempts to steal their vehicle, provided the vehicle has an MPI-approved immobilizer installed. They would also ammend the MPI Act to ensure that car thieves lose their MPI accident benefits.
