The Liquor and Gaming Authority of Manitoba - Locals 425 and 426 Bargaining Committee and the employer resumed negotiations with the aid of a conciliator on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 and November 7 and 8, and December 11, 2019. Stay tuned for when further bargaining dates are scheduled.
Overview of Bargaining So Far
Members of the Liquor and Gaming Authority of Manitoba - Locals 425 and 426 had the opportunity to put forward their ideas and improving their collective agreement at a proposal meeting held on January 16, 2018.
The Bargaining Committee then worked to pull together these proposals into a package to present to the employer.
The Liquor and Gaming Authority of Manitoba - Locals 425 and 426
Bargaining Committee exchanged proposal packages with the employer on
Friday, April 27, 2018. Negotiations resumed on May 3 and 24, and
continued on June 11, 12, 26 and 27, and July 3, 4 and 5, 2018.
The Bargaining Committee continued to negotiate non-monetary issues, like
working conditions and contract language, with the employer on September
4 and 5, and October 23, 24 and 25, 2018.
