Members of The Link (Skills4Life) – Local 458, who help youth in the community and those leaving care navigate the realities of adulthood as they make the transition to independence, ratified their first collective agreement today after choosing the MGEU as their union to represent them with their employer and at the table.
Highlights of the two-year agreement include a reduction in work-day hours and language restricting how many evening and Saturday shifts employees are expected to work.
Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their most current contact information in order to receive a copy of their new collective agreement once it is available.
