Members of Manitoba Possible - Local 262, who provide services to Manitobans with disabilities, their families, and communities, ratified a new three-year collective agreement last night.
Highlights include significant wage increases in each year of the agreement, the addition of contract language regarding the compressed work policy, and a lump sum signing bonus.
Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their most current contact information in order to receive a copy of their new collective agreement once it is available
