Members of St. Norbert Personal Care Home - Local 368 ratified a new collective agreement today.
Highlights include wage increases, improvements to meal allowances, shift premiums, evening and weekend premiums, overtime pay rates, as well as the addition of a long service step.
Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their most current contact information in order to receive a copy of their new collective agreement once it is available.
