Progressive Conservative Leader Hugh McFadyen has announced that his party woudl create a 'Fresh Future' fund which would be designed to assist families coping with the problems of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). The first step would be to dedicate 2% of Manitoba Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) revenues to the fund.
