LATEST BARGAINING NEWS
On June 23, 2025 members voted to ratify a new four-year collective agreement (effective April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2029).
Highlights of the new agreement include:
- General wage increases in each year of the agreement
- Twenty year long service step
- Signing bonus
- Increase to various types of leave
- Vacation payout and flexibility for vacation rescheduling
The next step in concluding the collective agreement is to work with the employer to finalize and sign-off the document, which could take some time.

Overview of Bargaining So Far
Members of COR Enterprises - Local 155 had an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement at a meeting on March 10, 2025.
The Bargaining Committee pulled together these proposals into a package to present to the employer and exchange proposals on May 14, 2025. Bargaining continued on May 21 and 28 and monetary discussions (to discuss items like wages and benefits) have now begun.
A tentative agreement was reached at the bargaining session on June 10, 2025.
Members will have an opportunity to learn about, and vote on, the tentative agreement at a ratification meeting on June 23. An email with information about the meeting has been sent to members.
