LATEST BARGAINING NEWS
Members of Animikii Ozoson Child and Family Services - Local 443 had an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement at a meeting on October 21, 2025.
At the meeting, proposals were discussed and members voted on which ones the Bargaining Committee will use to form the bargaining proposal package. Thank you to everyone who attended!
An Essential Services Agreement (ESA) is in development and needs to be completed before bargaining can begin.
On January 7, 2026, the Bargaining Committee met with employer to exchange proposals.
Future bargaining dates are scheduled for February.
