Overview of Bargaining So Far

Members of St. Amant Centre Support (Local 92) had an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement at a meeting on January 15, 2025.

The bargaining proposal meeting went well and the Bargaining Committee pulled the proposals together into a package to present to the employer.

On May 14, 2025, your Bargaining Committee and the employer exchanged proposals.

Bargaining continued throughout the summer and into early September.

Almost all of the items under discussion had been completed by early September, including language improvements and wage increases. Discussions then focused on a couple of outstanding non-monetary items and one final monetary item.

On September 19, 2025, the Bargaining Committee reached a tentative agreement with the employer. The Committee recommended members accept the tentative agreement.

In-person info sessions, and a vote, took place October 7-8, 2025.
