LATEST BARGAINING NEWS
On June 25, 2025 members voted to ratify a new four-year collective agreement (effective June 27, 2024 - June 26, 2028).
Highlights of the new agreement include:
- Increase to wages, including market premiums
- Improvements to sick leave, premiums, and RRSP contributions
- Addition of two wellness days
The next step in concluding the collective agreement is to work with the employer to finalize and sign-off the document, which could take some time.

Overview of Bargaining So Far
Members of St. Norbert Personal Care Home - Local 368 had an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement on October 8, 2024.
The Bargaining Committee pulled the proposals into a package in December 2024.
Bargaining meetings with the Bargaining Committee and the employer were held in April, May and June 2025. Non-monetary items had been discussed and the focus had shifted to monetary items.
The development of an Essential Services Agreement was also underway.
