Members of DC Café - Local 204 will have an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement on February 26, 2025.
The Bargaining Committee has pulled proposals together into a package. This will be presented to the employer when bargaining begins on April 24, 2026.
The Committee and the employer have finalized an Essential Services Agreement (ESA).
