Members have received information about the tentative agreement by email and will have an opportunity to ask questions at an info session on January 21, 2026.
Voting will take place electronically and members will receive information about the voting process by email.

Overview of Bargaining So Far
Members of UnionWare Inc - Local 193 will have an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement at a meeting on May 29, 2025.
The proposal meeting went well, with members bringing forward proposals.
The Bargaining Committee pulled the proposals together into a package that was presented to the employer when bargaining began on November 24, 2025.
Future bargaining discussions are scheduled for late November and into December.
