LATEST BARGAINING NEWS
On November 4, 2025, members voted to ratify a new three-year collective agreement (effective April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2028).
Highlights of the new agreement include:
- General wage increases in the first and second year of the agreement, and a wage reopener in the third
- Increase in bereavement benefits
- Introduction of personal wellness days
The next step is to work with the employer to finalize and sign the collective agreement, which can take some time. We will also confirm when retroactive wages and payment of the bonuses can be expected.

Overview of Bargaining So Far
Members of Willow Place - Local 160 had the opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement at a meeting on May 14, 2025.
The Bargaining Committee will pulled together the proposals into a package to exchance with the employer once bargaining started.
On October 15, 2025, the Bargaining Committee reached a tentative agreement with the employer.
A ratification vote was held on November 4, 2025.
