Overview of Bargaining So Far
Members of Riverwood Square - Local 380 had an opportunity to put forward proposals which the Bargaining Committee compiled into a proposal package.
The proposal package was presented to the employer on January 8, 2026.
Negotiations so far have focused on non-monetary items, which have mainly been completed.
Additional bargaining dates are scheduled in April and discussions will focus on monetary items.
