Members of YWCA Westman Women's Shelter - Local 171 had an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement on January 19, 2026.
The Bargaining Committee is compiling the proposals into a proposal package that will be shared with the employer when bargaining begins on April 28, 2026.
Bargaining dates are scheduled for early June.
