LATEST BARGAINING NEWS
Members of Les Tournesols de Saint-Vital Inc - Local 441 put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement at a meeting held on April 11, 2026. Thank you to everyone who participated in the meeting and provided proposals.
The Bargaining Committee will review the proposals received and prepare a package to provide to the employer during negotiations.
In accordance with Labour Relations Act, the parties are assessing the continuation of any essential services during a strike or lockout and if an Essential Services Agreement is required. We hope to have an update on this front soon.
