Information sessions will be held online on Monday, May 26 from 7:00pm - 8:00pm and on Wednesday, May 28 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. You may attend either session.

Voting will open on Monday, May 26 at 7:30 pm and close on Wednesday, May 28 at 7:30 pm.

Votes will be cast online or by phone using the Simply Voting platform. On May 26, 2025, at 6:30 pm, every member who has provided their personal email address will receive an email from Simply Voting with details on how to cast a ballot and voting credentials. Please watch for email from vote@simplyvoting.com.
