Summary

Prerequisite: Representing Our Members
Transform conflict into something positive, while proactively preventing unnecessary future conflict from happening. Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Understand their conflict style
• Learn useful steps for conflict resolution and the communication skills that can be used in difficult situations
• Understand the role of a conflict resolution coach and to become aware of both its opportunities and limitations
• Learn and practice key elements of the resolution coaching process
• Increase their ability to analyze conflict situations in the role of an informal third-party
