After a long and tough round of bargaining which included an overwhelming strike mandate and eventual mediation that led to a tentative agreement, members of Université de Saint-Boniface Professors - Local 148 ratified a new four-year collective agreement tonight.
Highlights include an average four-year wage increase of 12%, with some members receiving as much as 13.5%.
Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their most current contact information in order to receive a copy of their new collective agreement once it is available.
