On September 10, 2024 the University of Winnipeg Students’ Association (UWSA) Non-Admin Local 433 members ratified a new five-year collective agreement. These members work in non-administrative roles including Department Assistant and Service Coordinator.
The new agreement includes significant general wage increases retroactive to April 1, 2024.
The next step includes working with the employer to finalize and sign-off the document.
Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their current contact information to receive a link to their new collective agreement once it is available.
