Members of Travel Manitoba – Local 355 ratified a new three-year agreement (effective March 27, 2024 - March 26, 2027).
The new agreement includes wage increases in each year of the agreement, a new retention step, recognition pay, and improvements to benefits.
The next step in concluding the collective agreement is to work with the employer to finalize and sign-off the document, which could take some time. Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their current contact information to receive a link to their new collective agreement once it is available.
