On February 21, 2025, members of Family Dynamics Office Staff - Local 212, who help provide community-based supports for Winnipeg families, ratified a new three-year collective agreement (effective March 27, 2024 - March 26, 2027).
The new agreement includes wage increases in each year of the agreement, the introduction of new wellness days, and the reconfiguration of the wage scale with additional steps in two classifications.
The next step in concluding the collective agreement is to work with the employer to finalize and sign-off the document, which could take some time. Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their current contact information to receive a link to their new collective agreement once it is available.
