On June 23, 2025, members of COR Enterprises Inc. - Local 155 voted to ratify a new four-year collective agreement.
These members provide training, skill development, and employment for adults with physical and/or development disabilities in Brandon.
Highlights of the new agreement include general wage increases in each year, a 20 year long-service step, a signing bonus, an increase to various types of leave, and vacation payout and flexibility for vacation rescheduling.
The next step in concluding the collective agreement is to work with the employer to finalize and sign-off the document, which could take some time.
