Members at Assiniboine Medical Clinic - Local 462 voted to ratify their first collective agreement on June 25, 2025. The three-year agreement is in effect from June 17, 2025 - June 16, 2028.
Highlights include general wage increases in each year of the agreement and a number of other improvements.
The next step in concluding the collective agreement is to work with the employer to finalize and sign-off the document, which could take some time.
