Today, members of Willow Place - Local 160 voted to accept a new three-year collective agreement (effective April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2028). These members provide inclusive, no-cost family violence prevention services, 24-hours, every day of the year.
Highlights of the new agreement include:
- General wage increases in the first and second year of the agreement, and a wage reopener in the third
- Increase in bereavement benefits
- Introduction of personal wellness days
The next step is to work with the employer to finalize and sign the collective agreement, which can take some time. We will also confirm when retroactive wages and payment of the bonuses can be expected.
