On December 10, 2025, members of Victoria Lifeline - Local 137 voted to accept a new three-year collective agreement (effective April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2028). These members provide services that support the independence and well-being of seniors and Manitobans living with disabilities.
Highlights of the collective agreement include:
- Wage increases in each year of the agreement
- Increase to maximum variable pay
- Addition of wellness days
The next step is to work with the employer to finalize and sign the collective agreement, which can take some time. We will also confirm when retroactive wages can be expected.
