Yesterday, members of UnionWare - Local 193 voted to accept a new three-year collective agreement (effective September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2028). These members provide union management software services.
Highlights of the collective agreement include:
- Annual increases based on Manitoba's consumer price index
- Changes to the merit increase system
- Profit sharing - a percentage of the annual EBITDA
- Increase to the health spending account
The next step is to work with the employer to finalize and sign the collective agreement, which can take some time. We will also confirm when retroactive wages can be expected.
