Members of Allied Wings - Local 379 recently ratified a new four-year collective agreement (effective March 20, 2026 - August 31, 2030). These workers provide flight training at the Southport Aerospace Centre.
Highlights of the new agreement include:
- General wage increases to coincide with the consumer price index
- Special wage adjustments for certain classifications
- New retention bonus for laid off pilots
The next step in concluding the collective agreement is to work with the employer to finalize and sign-off the document, which could take some time.
