Yesterday, members of Riverwood Square - Local 380 ratified a new five-year collective agreement (effective January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2029). These members provide assisted living and supportive housing services.
Highlights of the new agreement include:
- Wage increases in each year
- A market adjustment for each level of pay
- Increases to overtime pay
The next step in concluding the collective agreement is to work with the employer to finalize and sign-off the document, which could take some time.
