Set up a shortcut to the MGEU website on your phone or mobile device. These steps will allow you do that.
How to add a shortcut to a website on iPhone
Safari
The following steps are for adding a web page shortcut to your iPhone Home Screen using Safari.
- Open Safari and navigate to the MGEU web page.
- Tap on the Share button at the bottom center of the screen.
- On the second row of options, tap on Add to Home Screen.
- You will be prompted to enter a title for your shortcut. You can change it or leave the default title of the web page. Tap Add in the upper right to finish.
Your shortcut should now appear on your home screen.
How to add a shortcut to a website on Android
Firefox Browser
The following steps are for adding a web page shortcut on your Android Home Screen using Firefox.
- Open Firefox for Android and go to the MGEU web page.
- Press the Menu button (either below the screen on some devices or at the top-right corner of the browser), then tap on Page.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
Your shortcut should now appear on your home screen.
Tip: If you want to change the label on your shortcut, bookmark that page first, then change its title on the Edit Bookmark window. On the Bookmarks panel, do a long tap on that site and choose Add to Home Screen.
Chrome Browser
The following steps are for adding a web page shortcut on your Android Home Screen using Chrome.
- Open Chrome for Android and go to the MGEU web page.
- Tap on the Create Bookmark icon. This is the star outline icon to the right of the URL bar. An info box should appear asking you to name the bookmark and where you want it saved.
- Tap on the "Add to" drop-menu and select "Home screen".
Your shortcut should now appear on your home screen.
