Members of Impark - Locals 199 rejected a tentative agreement on March 28, 2024.
The Bargaining Committee has notified the employer of the result and requested they return to the table.

Overview of Bargaining So Far
Members of Impark Lot Attendants - Local 199 had an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement at a meeting on January 14, 2023.
The Impark Lot Attendants - Local 199 Bargaining Committee exchanged bargaining proposals with the employer in July 2023.
The Impark Services - Local 434 Bargaining Committee exchanged proposals with the employer in spring 2023 and negotiations continued throughout the summer.
The MGEU Board of Directors approved the merger of Impark - Locals 199 and 434 at their September 2023 meeting. Bargaining on the new merged Local 199 collective agreement continued throughout the month of November 2023.
The Bargaining Committee reached a tentative agreement with the employer on March 21, 2024.
