The Employer has provided your Bargaining Committee the Company’s “Last, Best and Final Package Proposal” for the proposed agreement.

The Bargaining Committee has decided to bring it to the membership for a ratification vote pursuant to The Labour Relations Act (Manitoba).

The Bargaining Committee is recommending acceptance of the Company’s Package Proposal, which includes all “Agreed-to Items” (as of October 31, 2023).

Virtual information sessions have been scheduled to discuss and answer any questions you may have.

Ballots will be mailed by February 2, 2024; to be returned to the MGEU office no later than
February 14, 2024 at 12:00pm. Instructions on how to submit your ballot will be provided in your
voting package. Please contact the Resource Centre at 204-982-6438, prior to February 8, 2024, to
ensure we have your correct mailing address.
