CFS Central Supervisors Ratify New Agreement

On Monday, June 27, MGEU 264 - CFS Central Manitoba Supervisors, who work out of Portage la Prairie and Winkler, ratified a new four-year collective agreement.
Highlights include wage increases in each year of the agreement, increases to the Health Spending Account, improvements to Compassionate Care Leave and Bereavement Leave, as well as the addition of new contract language for Adoptive Parent Leave.
The Bargaining Committee encourages members who have not yet signed a membership application form, or need to update their home or email addresses, to contact the MGEU Resource Centre to ensure they receive a copy of the new collective agreement once it is finalized.
