After a long and often frustrating round of negotiations, members of Travel Manitoba – Local 355 ratified a new collective agreement yesterday.
Highlights include wage increases in each year of the agreement, a signing bonus, improvements to the Health Spending Account and vacation leave, as well as new work-from-home provisions.
Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their most current contact information in order to receive a copy of their new collective agreement once it is available.
