After a long and difficult round of negotiations, members of Deaf Centre (DC) Cafe - Local 204 ratified a new collective agreement today.
Highlights include wage increases in each year of the agreement retroactive to the expiry of the last contract and special adjustments to the dishwasher and dietary aide positions.
Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their most current contact information in order to receive a copy of their new collective agreement once it is available.
