A Manitoba PC government would take steps to help bring the Jets back to Winnipeg. As part of a broader strategy aimed at addressing youth, Leader Hugh McFadyen committed to partnering with Winnipeg community leaders and creating investment bonds, a lottery and perhaps an NHL Players' Tax to bring the Jets back to their hometown.
